Viste le persistenti difficoltà a convincere i partiti nazionali bellunesi ad assumere posizioni politiche a tutela delle comunità dolomitiche, abbiamo deciso di fare ogni tentativo possibile al fine di poter presentare una propria lista con un proprio candidato consigliere regionale alle prossime elezioni in Regione Veneto.
La legge elettorale regionale impone a ogni lista di raccogliere sottoscrizioni almeno in cinque province.
Questo rende oltremodo difficile se non impossibile, riuscire ad ottenere le 4000 (quattromila) firme necessarie per la presentazione di una propria lista, nelle province nelle quali il movimento BARD non ha mai operato e non è conosciuto
